Payment & Refund

Payments for Disagaviat Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on disagaviat.autos.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from enquiries@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Germany norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Disagaviat Atelier: Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Site reference this site, desk Beim Schlump 24.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact enquiries@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Hamburg unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Disagaviat and are answered in plain English during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Country context: Germany

Written care notes follow every calligraphy handoff here and we keep Germany holiday closures noted on the door card. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket.
